Training, specialized support and financial education for micro-entrepreneurs in low-income regions.

The Programa Parceiros em Ação (Partners in Action Program) is an initiative from Santander Bank in partnership with Accenture, executed by Aliança Empreendedora.

The program supports the development of small business in areas where the Prospera Santander Micro finanças (Santander Prosper Micro-finances) is present. Offering specialized support with training in management and financial education. The goal is to strengthen micro-entrepreneurial business and contribute to the local economy in each area.

Started in 2013, the program has supported over 7600 entrepreneurs in person in over 20 Brazilian states. The Parceiros em Ação platform was created to reach even more people. With the aim to reach all entrepreneurs who need financial education.
